Madam Glam (Part 1)

I purchased these polishes from Madam Glam about five months ago and, admittedly, have not tried them until now.

Madam Glam Lime Martini

First up we have Lime Martini.  Lime Martini is a bit sheer and takes three coats just to even out and get some opacity.  When I purchased this it was a cooler green on the website, however, in person it’s much warmer.  It does photograph a bit lighter than it actually is.  I’m not disappointed because I love what people usually refer to as “ugly colors” and I consider this to be on the “ugly color” fence.   This goes along with my mustard yellow obsession.

I have a thing for pinks and if it’s hot pink, even better.  This is a 2-coater for me.  You could get away with one thick coat however I tend to do two coats “just in case”.  This is with topcoat.

Madam Glam Text Me Later

Text Me Later is a dark purple crème.  It’s self leveling and a glossy opaque after 2 coats. There is nothing truly unique about it but it’s good to have in my collection for nail art and as a glitter topper base.

Madam Glam constantly has sales and I recommend the polishes! I haven’t tried their makeup yet but I plan to in the future.
